How it works
Submit your custom request with as much detail as possible. Once I review your request, I’ll contact you to discuss the design, pricing, materials, and estimated turnaround time.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that the order will be accepted. Custom orders are confirmed only after the design and price have been approved and payment has been received.

Natural Stone Notice
Many West & Koe Designs pieces feature natural turquoise, spiny oyster, conch, and other natural stones. Because these materials are unique, variations in color, matrix, shape, and size are expected. Exact duplication of another piece may not always be possible.

Custom and personalized pieces are made specifically for you and are final sale once production has begun. Please make sure all details are correct before approving your design.
